I began my healing journey at  the young age of fifteen, when I first became attuned to reiki healing. I found the work to be profoundly powerful in helping alleviate the pain of my family and friends.  It was a decade later in 2007 that I decided to take the next step in my healing journey in becoming a professional massage therapist. For over eight years I worked for high end spas, busy clinics, and chiropractor offices. Throughout my career I have helped literally thousands of people with their pain and stress, and I now have a deep understanding of the human body and the muscular system, counteractive muscle stretching and toning for lasting effective pain relief, stress management, and overall good feeling. It brings me great joy to be able to give so much to so many people. Earlier this year, I finally decided to take the leap to becoming my own boss, and I've never been happier!
